How NextPro Works

You create your player profile – upload photos, match videos, technical data, languages, financial expectations, and other details that make you stand out.

Your profile enters a closed database available only to sporting directors, agents, and scouts from Italy – from the 6th senior league up to Serie B, and youth leagues from Primavera 4 to Primavera 1.
An Italian club, agent, or director sends a request specifying what type of player they are looking for (e.g., left-footed U19 center-back).
Based on the request, NextPro sends them matching profiles – if yours fits, you receive an email notification that your profile has been proposed and to whom.
The director can request a live observation in Poland or immediately invite you to trials in Italy.
If the club chooses observation, our scout will contact you and ask for the dates of your next 3 matches. They will watch you live and submit a report to Italy, confirming their presence with photo or video material.
If the report or profile is positive – you’ll receive an official invitation to the trials and a detailed plan for your stay.
After the trials, if the club decides to sign you, you’ll receive a draft contract with all conditions: accommodation, meals, salary – based on the league level and your age.
At this stage, a partner agency takes care of you and represents you in Italy. We also provide full legal support.
You also get access to Italian language lessons with a NextPro tutor and organizational support for your relocation.
