1.General provisions
1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the NextPro scouting platform available at www.nextprofc.com.
2. The service provider is NextPro sp. z o.o., with its registered office at 1 Sierpnia 46, 02-134 Warsaw, NIP: 9512165944, e-mail: contact@nextprofc.com, tel. +48 664 734 747.
3. The Terms and Conditions apply to all Users using services provided electronically by the Service Provider.
4. The platform is available in three language versions: Polish, English, and Italian. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version shall prevail.
2.Scope of services
1. The Service Provider allows the User to purchase access to the NextPro scouting platform.
2. Access to the platform allows you to create a football player profile that can be presented to clubs and football agents.
3. The Services are provided exclusively online and are available to Users from European Union countries.
4. The platform may be used by both adult players and minors with the consent of their legal guardians.
3.Registration and technical conditions
1. When registering on the platform, the user is required to provide true data.
2. Registration and use of the platform requires acceptance of these terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
3.Using the platform requires internet access and an up-to-date web browser.
4.Payments and invoices
1. Payments for access to the platform are made by the operator Stripe.
2. The user has the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund within 7 days of making the payment, provided that the user has not started using the service.
3. VAT invoices are issued at the User’s request.
5.Liability and limitations
1. The service provider makes every effort to present player profiles in accordance with reality and club interest.
2. The service provider does not guarantee that the player will be awarded a contract or invited to trials by the football club.
3. The Service Provider is not responsible for decisions made by clubs, agents, or other third parties.
6.Cancellation and deletion of account
1. The user has the right to withdraw from using the platform at any time.
2. Once your subscription ends, your data is deleted from the platform, except for content previously published on NextPro social media.
7.Final provisions
1. In matters not regulated in these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services shall apply.
2. Disputes arising from the use of the services will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of NextPro sp. z o.o.
3. The Regulations come into force on the date of publication on the website.
